You can measure your watch’s lug width in millimeters to determine the correct strap size. Most straps come in standard sizes, but if you’re unsure, feel free to email us at info@strapsmiths.co.uk for assistance.

If your strap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@strapsmiths.co.uk with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem promptly with a replacement or refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The vast majority of our watch straps are made with a 2mm taper. Therefore the 22mm strap uses a 20mm buckle, the 20mm strap uses an 18mm buckle, etc.

Of course, we are happy to offer one free exchange with every watch strap purchase. All you need to do is send us a quick message and someone will be in touch to talk you through the process.

Our cut off time is 4pm monday to saturday for same day dispatch otherwise it will be sent the following day.
